Founded by Paawaan Agarwl, CrraftQ Cast comes from years of real industry experience, creative work, and a deep connection with the world of casting and performance. After being part of the casting journey for 150+ commercials, films, and web series, the vision became clear: to build a space where talent is not only discovered, but also respected, prepared, and guided.
